Hi Tai

Thanks for your comment. I actually don't disagree with you smoking marijuana. I used to smoke myself so I totally accept the desire for smoking marijuana. However, marijuana is a transformative substance which means the desire for smoking needs to be transformed into something higher. I also understand to use marijuana to treat insomnia, however once again this particular medical action of the plant can be drawn from other sources once the user has engaged with the transformational work.

I highly recommend you read my books "Higher&Higher" "Drug Repair That Works" "Perfect Day Plan". These books are the most contemporary and up-to-date books on Chinese medicine and recreational drugs and how to transform any drug past. My articles only give hints of this complex process.

I really appreciated your article. I practice Tai Chi regularly (2-3 times per week) and I also smoke regularly. I have had trouble rationalizing my use to other people but your article solidifies some of my recent theories on why marijuana is different for me than others. Many people, especially young people, consume marijuana and sit and be lazy.

Of course this is fine to do occasionally in my opinion but if you do it every day and don't balance your use with positive activities it will cause problems. I cleanse my body through Tai Chi, eating healthy, and limiting my use to prevent problems dreaming. The main reason I continue to smoke is I feel it helps with my tendency to be anxious, and have insomnia. Tai Chi helps with these things as well but together with Tai Chi I am always centered and continue putting my creativity to work. I feel very energized to go to work after doing Tai Chi and marijuana on my time off.

I have many dreams I'd like to realize, and part of that is perhaps because of marijuana, as you described. I feel you'll probably disagree with my continued use of marijuana, however I also use a vaporizer which is cool air and doesn't contain many toxins in marijuana. Additionally, I am curious about the opinion of TCM experts on treating someone of my constitution; anxious, insomnia, occasional lack of appetite, etc. Thanks again for your article it was interesting because I am considering studying TCM thanks to my Tai Chi education. I'll continue reading on the TCM theory of marijuana.

Hi Jost, I need some quick advice.
I smoked marijuana and hashish about three times a week for about four and a half years. I have now stopped but I want to know how to really detox and increase my vibration to what it was before. I eat well enough, do yoga and the Five Tibetan Rites everyday, and thats about all. Jost, what else could you suggest to set me on my way?

Jost,

Love your work. Your article makes a lot of sense. I still appreciate the "magic" of weed, but agree that it's a bit pointless without creative activity.
