hey jost thanks for this article rocks my world i have started getting up at 6 the last month for meditation and looking into the sun which i find truely empowering but after seeing you talk at the living now day on saturday im going to start getting up at 5 i am so looking forward to the opening up of this sacred world i was speaking with you at the living now talk about how i wanted to learn more about this way of life. You have inspired me beyond belief i just wanted to say thanks for such GREAT energy and inspiration and also ask what does VCM stand for?
